About Us
The coordination layer for property maintenance
FixoraPro helps property management companies reduce maintenance chaos by centralizing work orders, vendor coordination, status updates, documentation, and completion tracking.

What FixoraPro does
FixoraPro is the coordination layer between property managers and qualified service vendors. We help organize maintenance requests, assign documented third-party contractors, track progress, collect job updates, and keep everyone informed.
On-site work is performed by independent vendors who are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, labor, permits, tools, and workmanship.
We connect property managers with properly documented service providers and manage the workflow, documentation, and communication layer so your team can focus on the portfolio.
Coordination
We act as the operating system for maintenance — intake, dispatch, status, and documentation in one workflow.
Vendor Network
We work with independent third-party vendors who carry their own licensing, insurance, and responsibility for workmanship.
Reach
A nationwide vendor network with deep local roots — coverage wherever your portfolio lives.
FixoraPro is a maintenance coordination and vendor management platform. FixoraPro does not self-perform physical repair, construction, or trade services. All on-site work is performed by independent third-party contractors/vendors who are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, labor, tools, taxes, permits, code compliance, and workmanship.
Vendor Safeguards
