Before vendors are dispatched through FixoraPro, they may be required to provide:

  • Certificate of Insurance
  • Workers' compensation coverage or valid exemption
  • W-9
  • Applicable trade licenses or local registrations
  • Signed vendor agreement
  • Proof of auto insurance when relevant
  • Acknowledgement of responsibility for labor, tools, taxes, permits, code compliance, and workmanship
